Programmer (It)

Duties and responsibilities:

- Ability to analyse incoming incidents and act as first level support to provide resolution to internal end users.
- Ability to collect and analyse incoming change requests to work with external consultant to deliver a solution which can meet customer business needs and expectation
- Take ownership of SAP related incidents and manage the incident to closure
- Seek opportunities, develop and maintain knowledge of business processes, and SAP functionality and configuration. Receptive to performance and developmental feedback.
- Planning, coordinating, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of enhancements.
- Review project deliverables and ensure that the project develops sufficient documentation to sustain future support, maintenance and enhancements.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
