**About the role**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Grocery Manager to join our team at KY MAJU MART SDN.BHD. in Kuantan, Pahang. As a fulltime Grocery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our grocery department, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

**What you'll be doing**
- Manage and supervise the grocery team, including scheduling, training and performance management
- Develop and implement strategies to maximise product sales and profitability
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving and stock control
- Ensure the grocery department maintains high standards of cleanliness, organisation and presentation
- Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with the wider management team to achieve overall business objectives

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Grocery Manager or in a similar retail management role
- Strong knowledge of grocery operations, including inventory management, merchandising and pricing
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in data analysis and using performance metrics to drive business decisions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A passion for the retail industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
