**Position Summary**:
**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Supervise production inspection activities according to written work instructions, drawing, artwork, specifications, sample boards, defective limit samples and documents available in QMS system.
- Coordinate FPI, SPC, Triggering system, In-process product release, open box audit. Etc.
- Suggest improvement and/or develop new QC inspection methods.
- Authorized to provide inspection status base on written acceptance criteria as per stipulated in work instructions, drawing, artwork, specifications, sample boards, defective limit samples and documents available in QMS system.
- Responsible to enforce GMP practice in production areas.
- Support the operator’s skills certification program.
- Maintain 5S, protection to environment, ensuring safety and health in workplace at all time.
- Report progress on shift QC activities to Manufacturing Quality Engineer.
- Assist in any job assigned by Manufacturing Quality Engineer.

**Education / Experience Requirements**:

- Minimum STPM or diploma in any field with relevant working experience or
- Degree in science or engineering related field.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant working experience in Medical Devices manufacturing
- Experience in injection moulding and/or medical industry will be an advantage.
- Experience in QA/QC inspection activities

**Specialized Skills / Other Requirements**:

- Ability to handle and use of simple measuring equipment.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft words and excel.
- Able to read and write English, communicate fluently in written and oral Bahasa Malaysia
