Job Description:

- Administer and monitor the cleanliness of the common area and ensure needful maintenance is done.
- To liaise with owner on any queries and follow through day to day complaints.
- To also do the needful collection and able to issue invoices for the service done on behalf of JMB.

Job Requirements:

- Graduate from any discipline
- Ideally having someone with the property / building management will be good.
- Willing to be based in Seri Iskandar, Perak
- Willing to work Mon - Friday with working on half Saturday 2 times in a month
- Proactive, positive working attitude

**Job Types**: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
