Job Opportunity: Management Trainee (Executive Office - GMD Office)

Are you an ambitious individual looking to kick-start your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Management Trainee to join our Executive Office and work closely with the Group Managing Director (GMD).

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the GMD in organizing and executing day-to-day administrative and strategic tasks.
- Follow up on departmental action items, deadlines, and key initiatives.
- Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and other internal documentation as required.
- Coordinate and arrange the GMD’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support executive-level projects.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (must be able to communicate fluently in Mandarin).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or leadership experience is a plus.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
