**The Requirements**:

- Malaysian with age below 40 years old
- At least 1 year of working experience as Supervisor in Fashion background
- Must be able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Must be able to work in shift, weekend and public holiday

**The Responsibilities**:
1. Generating sales to assist the Sales Manager in maximizing sales and commercial opportunities in the following areas:

- Use stock management system to ensure the optimum stock availability
- Implement sales promotions and follow the selling plan by the Sales Manager and Buyer
- Maximize the sales return per square foot from the department

2. Customer Services:

- Ensure the our customers are comfortable, welcome and courteously served
- Provide high standards of customer service

3. Use of Space & Department presentation:

- Present the department in an attractive way, maintaining high standards throughout
- Assist the Sales Manager in working with the Visual Merchandising Department to ensure that the items planned to be promoted are given priority of display within the department

4. Operational Efficiency:

- Maintain a good housekeeping standards and ensure housekeeping standard checklist are done
- Ensure maximum efficiency by effective planning of staff resources and implementing sound administrative practices

5. Human Resources:

- Establish training and development needs of staff and support implementation

6. Communication & Staff Motivation:

- Supervise and motivate department staff, setting and maintaining high standards
- Foster and maintain good working relationship throughout the department and the company

7. Cash Till:

- To authorize return/refund activities with due diligent and to follow return and exchange policy set by company
- To perform all task related to running cash till including but not limited to, cash/credit card handling, merchandise refunds/exchange, and gift cards
- To count money in cash drawers and calculate total payments/refunds received and completer readout including all necessary paperwork, credit card reports, department reports, and bank deposit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
