**About Us**

We are a passionate team on a mission to raise vital funds for [insert cause - e.g. children’s education, cancer patients, environmental work in Sabah]. Our direct marketing team engages with the public face-to-face to share stories and inspire giving.

**What You’ll Do**
- Represent meaningful causes in public spaces (malls, events, universities, streets)
- Speak to people face-to-face to educate and invite them to donate
- Work in teams to achieve daily/weekly fundraising goals
- Track performance and report outcomes to team leaders

**What We Offer**
- RM2,400-RM4,500 basic salary + weekly commissions (RM200-RM2,000+)
- Full training (communication skills, NGO knowledge, donor software)
- Career progression: Team Leader → Manager within 6-12 months
- Fun, positive team culture with regular travel and events

**What We’re Looking For**
- Outgoing, confident, and passionate about social impact
- Willing to work outdoors and approach people
- Able to meet weekly goals and handle rejection positively
- Fluent in BM or English (Mandarin a plus)
- Fresh grads & school leavers encouraged to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
