- Actively contribute to the company’s strategic direction by offering insights into government policies, legal frameworks, and regulatory trends, helping ensure we’re always one step ahead while maximizing business opportunities.
- Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with government officials, regulators, and key industry bodies to safeguard our position and reputation within the sector.
- Monitor emerging policies, regulatory changes, and government initiatives that could impact our business, providing actionable recommendations to senior leaders.
- Represent the company in policy discussions and advocacy efforts, helping to shape the future of the industry and advocating for policies that support our growth and sustainability.
- Be our go-to person when navigating crises or urgent issues in government relations, managing them swiftly and effectively to protect the company’s best interests.

**What you'll Need to Succeed**:

- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Public Policy, Political Science, Law, International Relations, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in government relations. Experience in the OTA, technology, or internet industries would be an advantage.
- Proven ability to engage effectively with government agencies and navigate complex regulatory landscapes. Strong awareness of public policy and political environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate persuasively and provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in cross-cultural settings and with diverse teams. Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage but not required.
- Highly responsible, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
