We are looking for an energetic and charismatic **TikTok Live Host** to promote and sell our merchandise through live streaming. You will be the face of our brand, engaging with audiences, showcasing products, and driving sales in real time.

1. **Live Streaming & Product Demonstration**:

- Conduct live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms to showcase and demonstrate Oriental Kopi’s products.
- Engage with viewers in real-time by answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Demonstrate key product features, benefits, and usage to ensure viewers understand and appreciate the value of the products.

2. **Audience Engagement**:

- Actively engage with viewers during live streaming, creating an interactive and informative experience.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor to captivate and retain the audience’s attention throughout the session.
- Encourage viewers to participate, ask questions, and make product purchases during the live stream.

3. **Content Development & Promotion**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with promotional strategies for live streaming sessions.
- Assist in brainstorming and developing new ideas for future live streams, product launches, and promotions.
- Help implement effective promotional tactics to increase viewer engagement and drive sales during live streaming events.

4. **Customer Service & Product Knowledge**:

- Provide detailed and accurate product information during live streams to ensure customers make informed decisions.
- Respond promptly to viewer inquiries, resolve any product-related issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all customer concerns are handled professionally and effectively during and after the live stream.

5. **Live Streaming Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of live streaming schedules, ensuring timely sessions according to the pre-set calendar.
- Adapt to different time slots, including evenings and weekends, based on the live streaming schedule.
- Maintain smooth operation of live streaming tools and ensure technical aspects of live sessions run seamlessly.

6. **Other Duties**:

- Perform additional tasks as required or assigned by management to support the team and the company’s objectives.
- Stay updated on new trends and technologies in live streaming and e-commerce to continually enhance the live streaming experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM certificate or equivalent
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Passionate about F&B, especially coffee, and able to convey product knowledge enthusiastically
- Creative thinking and adaptability to fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for live streaming
- Good appearance and grooming
- Ability to attract and engage customers with a pleasant demeanor

**Office Location**:

- Taman Perindustrian Putra, Puchong

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
