**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled **Salesforce Developer** to design, develop, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in Salesforce development, along with the ability to act in a **Business Analyst (BA) capacity** to gather requirements and support successful project execution.

**Responsibilities**:
**Salesforce Development**:

- Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using **Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies**.
- Customize **Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules**, and integrate with third-party systems.
- Develop and maintain **APIs and custom web services** for seamless Salesforce integration.
- Perform **data migrations** using Salesforce Data Loader or similar tools, ensuring data integrity.
- Conduct **unit testing, deployment, and post-implementation support** to ensure optimal system performance.

**Business Analyst Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and **translate them into technical specifications**.
- Conduct **requirements gathering sessions**, creating **user stories, workflows, and wireframes**.
- Assist in preparing functional documentation, including **requirements documents, user guides, and training materials**.
- Provide ongoing **analysis and recommendations** to enhance Salesforce solutions and align them with business needs.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with **product owners, business users, and developers** to ensure optimal system functionality and user experience.
- Communicate **technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders**.
- Contribute to **process improvements** related to Salesforce development and system enhancements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **5+ years of Salesforce development experience** with expertise in:

- **Apex programming**:

- **Visualforce pages and components**:

- **Lightning Web Components (LWC)**:

- **Salesforce APIs (SOAP/REST)**:

- Experience in **Salesforce administration and configuration**, including custom objects, page layouts, and record types.
- Ability to **translate business requirements into technical solutions**.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., **Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, App Builder**) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of **Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud**.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a **fast-paced environment**.
- Experience with **Agile methodologies** or other software development lifecycle models.
- Familiarity with **JIRA, Confluence**, or other project management tools.
- Knowledge of **Salesforce DevOps practices**, including **Git** and **CI/CD pipelines**.
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
