A4 Chargeman

**Job Summary**

Maintaining AEON’s building in the area of **Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing** and other tasks that are required from the client.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Utilize and maintain power tool, test equipment and measuring instruments.
- Complete panel wiring.
- Install all types of commonly used wiring.
- Locate and repairs faults in electrical systems.
- Read and interpret simple electrical drawings and general arrangement drawings.
- Inspect and interpret simple electrical wiring systems.
- Complete weekly and monthly and annual PMs (Preventative Maintenance) of equipment and building
- Organize and perform maintenance request and work orders
- Conduct troubleshooting and repairs as needed on Facilities equipment
- Ensure HVAC and refrigeration system are operating properly
- Maintain positive effective relationships with vendors, co-workers and both internal and external customers
- Ensure all mechanical / electrical equipment supporting the facility is maintained and functioning properly and make necessary repairs and/or perform maintenance, i.e., HVAC refrigeration, fire protection, plumbing, generators, etc.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Graduates - IKTBN / IKM / ABM / ILP / GIATMARA**(pending certificates from Suruhanjaya Tenaga) are encouraged to apply
- Required skill (s): knowledge in electrical diagram, cabling works, coordination & testing of electrical installation and equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Microsoft office literate i.e Words, Excel and Power point

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
