- To carry out routine check/evaluation on end product quality(organoleptic evaluation on taste, flavor, product month feel, firmness/softness, moisture content, pH/TTA. Product triangular test..
- To carry out R&D sample based on customer requirement.
- Liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies such as JAKIM, KKM, and others during inspections or audits.
- Ensure all lab processes meet required standards and certification criteria.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Food Science or a related field.
- Experience dealing with auditors and certification bodies (e.g. JAKIM, KKM) is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of ISO, HACCP, and HALAL audit processes.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in compliance are welcome to apply.
