**Job Description**:
As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

- **Crafting Exceptional Beverages**: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and consistency, ensuring each cup meets our high standards.
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, take and prepare customer orders, and provide product recommendations based on preferences.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keep the coffee preparation area, equipment, and dining area clean and organized to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for both customers and team members.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our coffee offerings, including origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods, to educate and engage customers.
- **Efficiency and Time Management**: Handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours, ensuring mínimal wait times for customers.
- **Cash Handling**: Process customer transactions accurately and handle cash responsibly, maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with fellow team members to uphold a positive and cohesive work environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong passion for coffee and dedication to delivering a superior customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
