**Job Description (JD)**
- Support Project Manager/Project Owner in building business case, including cost/ benefit analysis, project scope, risk assessment.
- Produce requirement specifications and outline solution design, incorporating change requests and finalization of requirements.
- Analyze and manage the requirements risk and prioritize requirements.
- Support the development of test plan, test execution, training activities.
- Perform quality checks on the solution and deliverables.
- Support the post system implementation activities which includes user guide, basic troubleshooting of production issues.

**Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable)**
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as IT Business Analyst.
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodology.
- Good analytical/problem solving skills which able to understand the business process, pain points and propose solution.
- Familiar with System Documentation such as Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Specification Document (FSD), Test Script/Plan, Data dictionary, ERD, Flowchart etc.
- Knowledge and experience in conducting user acceptance testing.

**Good to have but not mandatory**
- Knowledge and experience in banking related system.
- Knowledge and experience in SQL language, SQL query, DB2.
- Knowledge and experience in Loan Origination system (LOS).

**Salary**: RM6,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
