**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain organized filing systems - both digital and physical.
- Assist in vendor management, including sourcing, negotiations, and payments.
- Support HR with onboarding processes, attendance tracking, and basic employee documentation.
- Ensure office facilities are maintained and liaise with service providers when necessary.
- Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed.
- Maintain records of expenses and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative protocols.
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Professional, punctual, and a strong team player.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
