**Boutique Operations**
- Ensure merchandise is consistently restocked and well-presented.
- Collect and compile data for sales and customer service performance reports.
- Comply with standard opening and closing operational procedures.
- Manage all sales and cash transactions in accordance with company policies.

**Sales Achievement**
- Strive to meet or exceed individual and store monthly sales targets.
- Actively contribute to overall boutique sales performance.

**Customer Engagement**
- Provide outstanding and personalized customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints tactfully with timely follow-up.
- Represent and reinforce the company’s premium brand image.
- Support post-purchase services and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Keep customer database records accurate and updated.
- Assist in mentoring new staff on service excellence standards.

**Personal Grooming & Appearance**
- Maintain a neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Adhere strictly to the company’s grooming and presentation guidelines.

**Inventory & Stock Control**
- Oversee stock management processes and monthly stock reconciliation.
- Conduct daily stock verification and resolve discrepancies promptly (within 2-3 days).
- Update range plans and stock listings based on new arrivals.
- Implement preventive measures to reduce loss, theft, and shrinkage.
- Ensure all stock documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor merchandise flow to ensure timely replenishment and mínimal wastage of packaging materials.

**Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising**
- Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure proper care and handling of stock, fixtures, and store assets.
- Execute visual merchandising displays in accordance with brand guidelines.

**Professional Conduct & Product Expertise**
- Demonstrate thorough and current knowledge of all product lines.
- Take initiative and act proactively in operational and sales matters.
- Build positive communication and teamwork within the boutique.
- Exhibit professionalism and integrity in all customer and colleague interactions.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
