Handle HR issues.
- Handle employee and crew discipline.
- Prepare contract for staff and crew, monitor leave record and etc.
- Find and interview new crews to meet forecasted projects requirements.
- Ensure crew training matrix are up to date.
- To make sure crew qualifications are fit before mob.
- To assist in crew movement and recruitment planning.
- Ensure projects are being executed smoothly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Miri: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
