Key Responsibilities: - **Order Processing**: - Receiving and processing customer sales orders accurately. - Verifying stock availability and confirming delivery timelines. - Generating necessary sales documentation like invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels. - **Logistics Coordination**: - Arranging delivery schedules with logistics providers. - Tracking shipment status and updating customers on delivery progress. - Managing customs clearance procedures for international shipments. - Liaising with freight forwarders to ensure timely and efficient delivery. - **Sales Support**: - Answering customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery. - Following up with customers on outstanding orders. - Assisting with sales-related administrative tasks like preparing sales reports and customer data management. - **Administrative Tasks**: - Maintaining accurate customer records and data entry. - Filing and organizing sales and logistics documents. - Handling basic accounting tasks related to sales orders. Required Skills and Qualifications: - **Diploma/Bachelor Degree holder in various study course specially those in Business Management/Supply Chain**: - **Proficiency in English and Mandarin as an extra advantages.**: - **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite**:Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook for data management and document preparation. - **Logistics Knowledge**:Understanding of shipping procedures, customs regulations, and freight terms. - **Customer Service Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and address inquiries. - **Attention to Detail**:Ability to accurately process orders and maintain detailed records. - **Organizational Skills**:Efficiently managing multiple tasks and prioritizing work to meet deadlines.
