Fundraising Coordinator

**About the role**

We are seeking a passionate **Fundraising Coordinator** to join our **non-profit organisation**, **Yayasan Nurjiwa**, based in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time position where you will play a vital role in driving our fundraising initiatives and expanding our donor base to support our important work in the community.

**What you'll be doing**
- Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy targeting foundations, corporations, and individual donors.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with current and potential donors through personalized engagement and communication.
- Prepare and submit grant proposals, track donor activity, and ensure all records are accurate.
- Plan, organise, and promote fundraising events; manage budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
- Use online platforms and social media to drive donations, boosting the organization’s digital presence.
- Assist budgets for fundraising activities. Evaluate fundraising performance (ROI, conversion, retention) and deliver clear, timely progress reports.
- Recruit, coordinate, and train event volunteers; liaise with internal departments for smooth execution.
- Distribute public relations materials like brochures, newsletters, and donor updates to maintain strong community engagement.

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Skilled in social media and online fundraising platforms, with a knack for networking and building relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting to measure the impact of fundraising initiatives
- Passion for the non-profit sector and a commitment to our organisation's mission and values

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
