**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities- Responsible for proper arrangement and identification of raw material and finished goods, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining the quality of raw materials and finished goods, etc. with proper handling and storage
- Ensure practice of first-in-first-out (FIFO) and organize storage area by maximizing storage capacity for raw material and finished goods.
- To maintain safety stock level, to ensure that the inventory level is not in excess of the maximum stock level and to notify the management for corrective action should there be such occurrences.
- Regular execution of cycle count and stock take activities.
- Coordinate and monitor all incoming raw material and outgoing finished goods.
- Received and checking all the incoming raw material tally with actual and purchase order (PO) and delivery order (DO).
- Arrange and checking all the outgoing finished goods tally with actual and delivery order (DO).
- Issue and checking all the internal material requisition issue to production.
- Ensure all warehouse facilities & equipment are properly maintained
- Handle and arrange rejected material from production to update senior.
- To ensure the 5s practice is fully implemented at all time.
- To Assist head of department (HOD) or logistic & warehouse manager from relevant department and subsidiaries for logistic department and warehouse operation.
- Any other tasks assigned by superior or management.
