IT Technician

Full job description

1. Provide support for hardware issues, including laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

4. To interact with users over the phone, remote, or on-site to diagnose, troubleshoot, and rectify reported issues related to computer hardware, software, and network

6. Assist with network troubleshooting and support, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN issues

7. Provide technical support including setup and troubleshooting for zoom meeting and online meetings

8. Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies to provide informed support and recommendations

9. Maintain detailed documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support activities

10. To update IT operations/technical/user documentation as and when needed

11. To assist in other IT related projects & ad-hoc activities when needed

Work Requirements

1. A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

2. At least 1 year work experience with IT systems, networks and technologies

3. Technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware, software and network is required

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
