This includes washing dishes and cooking equipment, cleaning floors, sanitizing countertops, cutting boards. 3)Ensure kitchen all the time are tidy and clean. 4)Counting stock & check stock daily. This includes monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages 5)Ensure works achieved HALAL requirement and QSC set by HQ and any others works related to kitchen. 6)Kitchen staff/cook is required to follow the standard duties and responsibilities provided by the café manager/ supervisor / service coordinator diligently. 7)Kitchen personnel are required to adhere to all SOP and practical training provided at all times. 8)Any others cleaning work that in order to keep shop tidy and neat.
