1) Record and maintain quality inspection data accurately into system or logbooks.

2) Prepare, update, and file quality-related documents, reports, and records (e.g., inspection checklists, test results, NCRs).

3) Assist QC inspectors by organizing and distributing inspection forms and tools.

4) Compile daily, weekly, and monthly QC reports for internal use or audits.

5) Track and follow up on rejected or non-conforming materials.

6) Communicate quality issues or trends to the QC Supervisor or relevant departments.

7) Support in coordinating internal audits, supplier audits, and ISO/QA compliance activities.

8) Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and traceability of raw materials, WIP, and finished products.

9) Maintain confidentiality of quality-related data.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
