As a C++ Developer in an **IT Service Company - **a third-party leader in game and website design, you will be responsible in develop and implement high-performance game server architecture and Troubleshoot and optimize server-side features using **C/C++**. Familiarity with knowledge in STL, data structures, and game server development.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, plan, and implement game server-side requirements, ensuring high performance and stability.
- Collaborate closely with artists and designers to accurately implement and refine development needs, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
- Work with the QA team to resolve product issues, maintaining strong attention to detail and ensuring a seamless player experience.
- Develop and maintain code using **C/C++**, utilizing **STL algorithms**, **data structures**, and **design patterns** to create efficient and reliable solutions.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues, utilizing excellent debugging skills to resolve challenges effectively.
- Exhibit strong teamwork and communication skills, demonstrating responsibility and the ability to perform well under pressure in a collaborative environment.

**Skills Requirements**:

- Degree in Software Engineering or related field and with 3+ years of C/C++ development experience
- Proficient in C/C++ programming, familiar with STL algorithms, data structures, and design patterns
- Strong learning abilities and excellent debugging skills
- Responsible, strong team spirit, able to work under pressure, highly proactive
- Responsible for designing, planning, and implementing game server-side requirements
- Collaborate with artists/designers to accurately implement development needs
- Work closely with QA to resolve product issues, with strong attention to detail
