Graphic Designer

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Responsible for the design of all marketing collaterals to support the hospital's Marketing Communication (MarCom) department, College of Nursing (CON) and ASSISS. Responsibilities would include design conceptualization, artwork, finished artwork and video editing to support the hospital's marketing communication efforts across all communications channels; social media, website, e-newsletters and prints.
- Plan and conceptualized visuals based on HOD's requirements by studying the given brief, information and materials.
- Prepare and present draft concepts and artwork to include imagery selection, illustrations, copy, layout and typography. To maintain the consistency of Assunta's brand stylistics and corporate identity.
- Edit and amend draft artwork as per discussions and requirements. Prepare finished artwork to include process of linking/ embedding images, fonts outline, crop marks and checking of artboard size, image resolutions, output formats and file size. To save copy of FA in backup server.
- Maintain good relationship and communication with media contacts. To execute marketing projects and campaigns, including creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals in various media, measure and analysis impact and effectiveness of projects/ campaigns.
- Participate in promotional and public relations activities that will help enhance/ maintain the good image and reputation of the Hospital.
- Work closely with fellow colleagues in other departments to ensure smooth execution of all marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with digital/ web agency to ensure contents are updates and kept relevant. To perform a cross platform test, especially after update of any new contents or refresh of web design.
- Review print and outdoor advertisement submissions to ensure that all artwork adheres to KKLIU guidelines.
- Maintain quality control and consistency of all collaterals used for both internal and external circulation.
- Supporting other colleagues in other aspects of marketing initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS
- At least Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies & Administration or related field.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Experience in Healthcare Industry will be an added advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written Bahas Malaysia and English. Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of tasks.
- Responsible, mature, pleasant personality and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Highly motivated with strong sense of commitment, good team player and results oriented.
- Able to work under tight deadlines.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
- Preferably 2 years' experience in graphic design.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
