**Protenga: Production & Maintenance Supervisor**

As our Production & Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving both manufacturing excellence and facility maintenance across our integrated operations. You will be responsible for achieving production metrics and managing day-to-day activities while ensuring all equipment and infrastructure in our Breeding, Farming, and Manufacturing facilities run smoothly. This role requires demonstrated experience in both production and maintenance operations, including welding proficiency, and offers significant opportunity for growth within our expanding organisation.

**Responsibilities**
- Execute production plans to achieve output targets, quality standards, and efficiency metrics
- Oversee and maintain facility equipment, performing preventive maintenance and repairs
- Lead daily production team activities, ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene & sanitation standards
- Monitor and report production data, maintaining accurate records of operations and maintenance activities
- Troubleshoot production and equipment issues promptly to minimise downtime
- Coordinate with QA team to maintain product quality standards
- Implement and maintain SOPs for both production and maintenance activities
- Ensure team compliance with safety protocols and company procedures
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance schedules
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in production processes
- Perform technical maintenance tasks including welding and equipment repairs
- Train and supervise production operators on proper equipment operation and maintenance

**Requirements**:

- Has a combined experience in production supervision and maintenance roles
- Big Bonus if you have experience in the food value chain (food manufacturing, feed, farming especially livestock or aquaculture; biomass) including GMP and HACCP principles.
- Proven track record in leading production teams and maintaining manufacturing equipment, working with fast-based technical/engineering project teams.
- Strong technical skills including welding, mechanical repairs, and preventive maintenance
- Experience with production scheduling and team supervision
- Strong technical savviness (hardware/software) and commercial acumen required
- Integrity and reliability is a must.
- Strong motivation and relentless drive to make a difference through your work
- Proficient in Bahasa Melayu and English.

**Technical Competencies**:

- Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment maintenance and repair
- Understanding of preventive maintenance schedules and procedures
- Knowledge of safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Possess computer literacy for maintenance records and production reporting
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving in a production environment

**Location**

Currently all positions are based out of our pilot facilities in Senai, Johor. We have two facilities, one in Saleng and one in Senai. Travel to other future sites may be required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
