We are looking for a driven Store Keeper to join our engineering team at Sutera Utama Sdn Bhd at Jalan Teratai Johor Jaya, Johor Bahru.

**Job Description**:

- To receive and verify incoming materials and/or goods as listed on delivery order / purchase order.
- To inspect materials and/or goods received in good condition.
- To report to purchasing for rearrangement and accounting department to issue credit note and record keeping. should deliveries be with damage or discrepancies.
- To ensure all store requisitions are duly signed off by Assistant Project Manager or Site Manager and approved by Project Manager.
- Ensure stock requisition are properly maintained and updated in the system.
- To record and manage materials inventory list to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
- To plan and manage placement of materials in company store.
- To plan housekeeping activities and maintain cleanliness of the company store.
- To ensure all tools & equipment and machinery requisition is duly signed off by requester and approved by Project Manager.
- To record, maintain and update tools & equipment and machinery listing.
- To ensure all tools & equipment and machineries are properly labelled with asset tagging.
- To test all tools & equipment and machineries to ensure it is operational.
- To schedule machineries for maintenance and upkeep and send for repair when required.
- To record, maintain and update mileage log for company vehicle mileage to keep track and monitor overall kilometer travelled.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors which is deemed relevant to the job position.

Job Specification (Exceptions may apply):

- Min SPM or any equivalent/ relevant certificate.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control or recordkeeping, preferably in telco/construction industry.
- Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment.
- Computer-literate
- Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations.
- Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
- Able to operate forklift/stacker
