Foot Soldier

Agensi Pekerjaan Talent Recruit Sdn Bhd is a leading recruitment agency in Malaysia, providing top-notch talent solutions to various industries. We are currently seeking a Foot Soldier for our client, a telecommunications company based in Kuala Lumpur.

Promote and sell Hotlink / Maxis Fibre products and services to potential customers in assigned areas
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Educate customers about the features and benefits of Hotlink / Maxis Fibre products and services
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to improve sales strategies
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales targets
- Attend training sessions and meetings to enhance sales skills and knowledge
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Previous sales experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays
- Must find own transportation to work

**Contract Details**:
This is a temporary position for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
