QA Clerk

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To prepare documentation for SIRIM, Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) license renewal.
- To assist in monitor and ensure all QA/QC inspection activities are well managed and executed on time.
- To ensure QA/QC reports are promptly updated and submitted on time to management.
- To issue internal non-conformance form if the procedure or specification not followed.
- Assist in SIRIM audit.
- Assist in prepare QC related document: Process flow, inspection plan, product specification and work instruction with management.
- To maintain QC records and ensure closure of all processes and products.
- Monitor daily QC operations to ensure in-process operations (IPQC- in Process Quality Control & QC- outgoing Quality Control) are well complying with quality requirements.
- Issue SIRIM sticker according to production request while run for SIRIM product by production line (Casing & Assembly).
- Assist in prepare document for SIRIM testing purpose for lamp holders, starter holders, connector and fittings.
- Assist in prepare document and arrange sending testing equipment for calibration testing in SST (SIRIM Standard Technologies).
- Perform inspection of incoming products, materials or customer items according to job order, such as measuring and recording the dimension of components/ parts using measuring instruments.
- Undertake any other tasks and jobs as may be assigned by superior from time to time
