Job Description Header
- Process Efficiency: Analyzing and improving operational processes is a key responsibility. By identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies, operational managers can streamline workflows to reduce both time and resource wastage.
- Inventory Control: For businesses that deal with physical products, operational managers oversee inventory levels to avoid excess stock that ties up capital and incurs storage costs, while also ensuring products are available to meet demand.
- Supplier Management: Operational managers negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable terms, discounts, and pricing. This helps reduce procurement costs and contributes to overall cost savings.
- Quality Control: Ensuring that products or services meet quality standards can prevent costly issues such as rework, returns, or customer dissatisfaction. Effective quality control processes save money in the long run.
- Data Analysis: Operational managers use data and performance metrics to identify cost trends, areas of overspending, and opportunities for improvement.
- Cost Reduction Initiatives: They lead or participate in cost reduction projects and initiatives, working with teams to identify and implement strategies for cutting costs without compromising quality.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
