Electrician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair wiring, electrical fixtures, power systems, and control equipment.
- Diagnose electrical issues using appropriate testing devices and tools.
- Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Ensure compliance with national and local electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Inspect electrical components such as transformers, circuit breakers, and outlets for faults or wear.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
- Respond to emergency electrical issues and power failures promptly.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other maintenance personnel.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked.
- Follow all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an electrician (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Completion of electrician apprenticeship program or relevant certification (e.g., Chargeman, Wireman, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering).
- Valid electrical license or registration, as required by local authority (e.g., Suruhanjaya Tenaga in Malaysia).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing devices (e.g., multimeters, insulation testers).
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and manual dexterity.
- Willingness to work overtime, shifts, or on-call as needed.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
