**What will be your roles**:
Responsible for managing and improving warehouse operations by working closely with upper management and cross-functional teams. This includes ensuring compliance with WIP/SOP guidelines, proactively addressing potential issues, coaching new employees, monitoring staff performance, and resolving day-to-day operational errors. Also accountable for upholding company’s core values and continuously driving process and system enhancements for greater efficiency and effectiveness. We have 2 opening for Warehouse Supervisor; Inventory & Trucking

**Supervisor (Inventory)**
- Inventory Data Entry: Lead staff to accurately enter cargo data (e.g., date code, batch, revision, COO) into e-logbook.
- Order Processing: Ensure daily orders are correctly processed and transferred on time to meet KPI.
- Scrap Program Supervision: Supervise quarterly scrap program for timely completion.
- Stock Accuracy Monitoring: Monitor daily cycle counts and annual physical count for inventory accuracy.

**Supervisor (Trucking)**
- Order Fulfillment: Lead staff to complete daily orders and ship out on time according to the sales shipment plan.
- Order Verification: Check and ensure products from inventory match order requirements and special customer handling requests.
- Shipment Oversight: Oversee daily shipments released to truckers and ensure compliance with revenue recognition rules.

**Skills that will help you succeed**:

- Strong communication and multilingual abilities, enabling effective collaboration with stakeholders internally and across diverse global regions and functions.
- Well-versed in **Microsoft Office, SAP, WMS, and ERP systems**, with a strong focus on accurate documentation, system integrity, and standardized warehouse processes. Experience with other warehouse management tools is an added advantage.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
