**Responsibilities**:

- Design and tweak processes to ensure consistency and compliance in stock-handling policies, procedures and work standards within warehouse and with external suppliers.
- Lead and motivate teams to aim for operational excellence in daily operations (receiving, picking, outgoing deliveries); Where necessary to implement changes to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Roll out initiatives to meet all warehouse and operational KPIs (inventory accuracy, picking speed, delivery SLAs, etc)
- Review and manage manpower requirements and third party contractors, if any.
- Ensure daily consolidation of all invoices, outgoing and or balance deliveries are recorded for follow ups.
- Continuous review of third party logistics service providers to ensure consistent service levels have been rendered to the Company and to external customers.

**Requirements**:

- At least 7 to 10 years working experience (with 5 years in managerial level) in warehousing or related field.
- A must in in-depth knowledge of end-to-end warehouse operations and able to adapt the knowledge to a new working environment.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Ability to work independently, organized, and good time management with tight timescales.
- Passionate about customer service.
