**JOB SCOPE**

To Issue receipts - collections

To prepare daily collections report

To Prepare payment vouchers and writing cheques.

To prepare memo, notices and letters

To update Leave forms

To write Punch Cards

To prepare documents for Monthly Report to COB

To photocopy Bank Statement, Salary, EPF & SOCSO

To photocopy receipts / invoices as supporting documents

To attend inhouse seminar

To carryout any other ad-hoc Admin and Finance work

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Minimum SPM or Equivalent**

**At least 1 year clerical working experience**

**Computer Literate**
