Job Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, manage, maintain, test, evaluate, and repair computer networks, workstations, support server systems), supporting hardware/software, user account
- Develop and maintain IT related documentation, user guides and provide system training to users.
- Keep track all user's issue was reported and solve the problem.
