Customer Service/ Data Entry Clerk

Coordinate with the sales team and operations department to facilitate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist in maintaining customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Maintain open communication channels with the sales team to relay customer feedback, issues, and opportunities.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to customer service processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor customer interactions and identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Understand **Chinese **due to business nature.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
