**Responsibilities**:
**Received the package that arrived at the warehouse.**
- Lower the goods from the lorry and carry into the prepared trolley.
- Unpack the sack to be scanned using an electronic scanner.
- Calculates the quantity of burlap parcels received by the warehouse and updates the information into the company's Whatsapp Group for review by employees at Gateway.

**Scanning each package for delivery.**
- Ensure that the parcel items received are in a safe condition such as items not dropped out of the package.
- Neatly collected if there is a stampede on the package.
- Make sure that the AWB slip does not have any defects that could make the transmission difficult.
- Scanning all parcels for the area-guided delivery process using the correct user ID.

**Sorting the parcels by the delivery area.**
- Distribute all parcels based on the location and area concerned according to the place provided.

**Ensure that each package is separated according to the FIFO system.**
- Each parcel must be placed in the sack if the dispatcher fails to deliver on a daily basis.
- The sacks should be separated according to the FIFO (First In First Out) system to avoid delaying the delivery of goods to customers.
- The purpose of separation of the sacks according to this system also to ensure that the dispatcher can classify the parcels that need to be given priority.

**Ensure that the work system is organized according to the company's SOP.**
- Ensure that the electronic scanner system can be used in accordance with established procedures.
- Maintain personal safety and healthy throughout the course of your duties.
- Ensure the quantity of outgoing delivery parcels and failed deliveries need to be uploaded into the system.
- Ensure that the goods that fail to deliver are in the warehouse on the same day.

**Responsible for managing to scan all problematic parcels.**
- Need to scan the parcel that has failed to make delivery (overnight parcel) on a daily basis.
- Arrange all sack that collects overnight parcel in each area.

**Carry out work with a group attitude and work together.**
- Communicate with all the lot leader and dispatcher well.
- Collaborate in doing their job to ensure that all task can be carried out in an orderly manner.

**Compliance with other ad-hoc instructions.**
- Comply with all instructions of the assignment given by the superiors as long as does not violate the rules and rights of the employee.
