Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify defects, structural and architectural issues, safety concerns, and potential hazards.
- Utilize specialized tools and equipment to assess the condition of various systems, including maintenance & electrical, plumbing, structural, roofing, and more. Tools will be provided.
- Document and photograph defects and areas of concern during inspections.
- Create detailed and accurate inspection reports that outline findings, recommendations, report template will be provided.
- Communicate inspection results clearly and effectively to clients, answering any questions and addressing concerns they may have.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to home inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent quality and adherence to company standards.
- To liaise with and assist other site colleagues on any site matter if require.
- Coordinate and supervise Defect Rectification Works during Defect Liability Period.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering/Architecture/Building Services/Property Management
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to coordinate site work independently with minimum supervision, good interpersonal skills, meticulous, confident, high analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to do a monthly report for the defect inspection.

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday = 8.30 am - 5.30 pm, Saturday = 8.30 am - 1 pm. Sunday/Public holiday = Off day.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
