**Job Summary**:
The Production Clerk is responsible for compiling and recording production data to support the preparation of accurate reports related to production volume, raw material usage, quality control, and other production-related aspects. This role ensures that all production records are up-to-date, accurate, and in compliance with internal procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Compile and record production data from customer orders, work tickets, product specifications, and worker production sheets following established procedures.
- Responsible for documentation related to production activities within the assigned section.
- Record, update, and prepare reports and documentation on daily and monthly production performance.
- Collect production data and reports from relevant departments.
- Check and compile daily and monthly production reports.
- Monitor and compile raw material consumption data.
- Update production data and inventory records accurately.
- Prepare and submit inventory stock reports as required.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent; diploma in Business Administration, Manufacturing, or related field is an advantage.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word).
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bayan Lepas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
