**Your new company**

This organisation is a consulting business focusing on transformation, technology and strategy. Their clientele is widely within the financial services industry across the globe. They are looking for strong Test Manager (Manual) to take on projects tailored to banking, payments, wealth & investment management, and so on.

**Your new role**

You will be responsible for larger scale projects, focusing more on test management. You will as well be responsible for testing out new migration, regulatory things and large customizations. At the same time, you'll be managing multiple test resources across different units and be the person to gel them together.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To succeed, you'll need to have:

- Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in managing a team of testers.
- Good end to end testing experience such as test planning, test execution, UAT etc.
- Solid track record as a tester in banking/insurance domain
- Able to converse in Mandarin as the clientele are mainly within the China markets.
