Florist (Experienced)

The Part-Time Florist supports the floral production team in creating high-quality floral arrangements for retail, events, and special projects. This role emphasizes hands-on work in floral preparation, arrangement, and event setup. The Part-Time Florist ensures that all floral products meet brand standards while assisting in maintaining stock, cleanliness, and workflow efficiency in the floral workspace.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the creation and preparation of floral arrangements for daily orders, retail, and events.
- Support event setups and floral installations under the guidance of senior team members.
- Prepare flowers (conditioning, wiring, taping, etc.) to ensure quality and freshness.
- Follow floral design standards set by the Head Florist/Senior Florist.
- Assist in stock handling, including unpacking, trimming, and storing flowers and materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety of the floral workspace.
- Support smooth workflow in production, including packing and arranging deliveries.
- Assist in occasional workshops or demonstrations as needed..

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of hands-on experience as a florist.
- Basic knowledge of bouquet design, floral preparation, and event setup.
- Passion for flowers with an eye for detail and color coordination.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Flexible, reliable, and able to work part-time hours, including weekends or peak festive seasons.
- Team player with a proactive and supportive attitude.

Pay: RM200.00 - RM250.00 per day

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
