**Role Purpose**:

- The position manages to handle all warehouse activity in both store FMB & SSZ.

**Key Accountability**:

- Profitability - To ensure all warehouse activity done according to SOP. Failure of compliance will be resulted into Penalty Charges by customer.
- Customer Experience
- To ensure smooth delivery of goods/item or accessories with good manners.

**Qualifications & Working Experience**:

- Minimum STPM/SPM with 2 years related experience (STPM) or 3 years related experience (SPM).

**Areas of Experience**:

- Warehouse handling.
- Customer Services.
- Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken.

**Personality Traits**:

- Works independently with low monitoring.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
