Accounts Receivable Analyst I

**Role Summary**

The successful incumbent will be reporting to the Team Leader - Accounts Receivable in the Global Business Services Operations Site in Kuala Lumpur.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for handling daily processing of sales and remittance advice data, and ensure timeliness and accurate processing 3rd Party & Intercompany within the agreed country SLA
- Management of data in strict adherence to internal control procedures is critical to effective credit control and collection of debts.
- Function as the expert on **Cash Application** processes and related systems. Collaborate with workstreams during process enhancements, acquisitions/divestitures, and major system implementations.
- Ensure that functional issues are appropriately prioritized and resolved.
- The incumbent is required to frequently liaise with internal sales and administrative personnel and customers to identify and resolve customer account issues.
- Engage actively with the business team country supported
- Initiate monthly engagement meetings as a pulse check on the service delivery regular basis
- Reporting -KPI -Monthly basis

Key to your success in this role will be:

- Required language (read & write) **:Korean & English.**
- Minimum **1-3** years of working experience in a related field (AR) in a medium or large organization in a **shared service** environment.
- Experienced in using ERP system and/or **SAP** **R3.**
- Knowledge of internal control procedures, policies, and practices.
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
- High level of oral and written communication.
- Must be able to work to support month-end closing and peak period with extra
- long hours from WD2 to WD1.
