Bread Supervisor

Monitor the daily production.
- Ensure production of good quality products.
- Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked products.
- Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures.
- Check and ensure correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and product.
- Ensuring excellent quality of raw and the end products in making sure to meet the standards
- Delegating task for team member throughout the day.
- Supervising and coordinating the production process.
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. to make sure all ingredients always be enough for production.
- Assist R&D department create new recipes by using different and special ingredients.
- Ensure compliance with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate record of baking operation to ensure profitability
- Train new recruits on baking techniques and procedures
- Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in baking.
- Possess related certificate OR Diploma OR Degree in culinary arts.
- Good knowledge of different types of pastry, bread, dessert and decorating.
- Ability and experience in managing, training and leading a team of bakers.
- Able to cope with fast-paced situations.
- Ability to work with a variety of people and in cooperation with co-workers efficiently and effectively.
- 20-45 Malaysian only

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
