Lapasar is a B2B Wholesale Platform. In 2020 the B2B platform was extended to serve Mom and Pop stores, whereby shops order their supplies (e.g., Milo, Nescafe, Red Bull, etc) via our App/platform. Today, the FMCG Wholesale Segment is the key pillar of Lapasar’s business and growth. We aim to onboard 100,000+ Mom and Pop Stores and restaurants across Malaysia onto our Mobile App and make their daily ordering of stocks as easy and simple as Shopee or Lazada has made the experience in the consumer E-Commerce space.

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Contact potential and existing customers by phone, SMS, or Whatsapp message to inform them of the company's
- products, promotions, and offers.
- Agents will receive phone calls from customers & at times will have to respond to direct marketing and advertising
- campaigns via Social Media platforms
- Guide customers to place orders via Lapasar’s Apps.
- Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes usually related to Payments or Deliveries
- Providing information to customers.
- Monitoring own sales performance.
- Closing sales deals.
- Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
- Updating customer details. Keeping track of customers that have been contacted and those who do not want to be contacted in the future.
- Following up on previous customers for potential sales
- Call targets of up to 70 Active Calls per day
- No. of orders per day will be set as a target as well. Up to 20 orders per day depending on the daily requirement
- Able to have constant contact with team members & team lead to having Progress Updates

**TO SUCCEED FOR HIRING, BEST TO HAVE**
- Proven experience as a call center agent or similar position
- MUST have experience in Tele Sales & Telemarketing.
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office, and Excel.
- Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- A results-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational and team player.
- Ability to work under High Speed & Pressure
- Possess own Laptop / PC to work efficiently
- Disciplined & able to be On-Time for all work-related matters
- Ability to Multitask

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
