**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Physiotherapy Resident Therapy**
- Provide physiotherapy treatment to all residents
- Assess and treat patients with a focus on improving mobility, reducing pain and enhancing overall quality of life

**Activity Management**
- Take care of daily activities, ensuring they are aligned with the residents’ therapeutic needs
- Plan and lead group therapy session and exercise programs
- Lead and support clinical staff in delivering quality care
- Work closely with Clinical and Assistant Manager to address the welfare of residents.

**Resident Assessment**
- Conduct initial assessments for new residents, focusing on fall risk and other health concerns.
- Regularly reassess residents to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Ensure the overall wellbeing of residents by maintaining high standards of care and regular monitoring.

**Family Communication**
- Provide timely reports to residents’ families through WhatsApp or other apps

**Annual and Special Activities**
- Contribute to and participate in annual activities and family events, incorporating therapeutic aspects as per FCC’s yearly plan.

**Promotion and Marketing**
- Promote the importance of rehabilitation and physiotherapy to the elderly in a timely manner
- Market and find clients for home-based physiotherapy services.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with the clinical team to identify residents’ needs and determine how physiotherapy can enhance their wellbeing
- Support the clinical team in delivering comprehensive care

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma in Physiotherapy OR/AND have valid physiotherapy license/registration.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
