**About the role**

As an **Assistant Manager, Corporate Finance**, you will report directly to the Senior Manager, Corporate Finance or any

person assigned by Head, Finance from time to time and play a key role in managing the company’s financial resources to

align with its strategic objectives. This position focuses on optimizing cash flow, ensuring compliance with financial and

regulatory requirements, supporting corporate initiatives, and strengthening investor relations. The role demands a detail[1]oriented and analytical professional with expertise in finance, investment banking, and financial modeling.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage cash flow and investments to optimize returns while mitigating liquidity risks.
- Prepare and analyze treasury reports to provide insights into the company’s financial health.
- Assist in structuring loans and developing financial models to support strategic decision-making.
- Review and ensure alignment of banking facility and bond documentation with operational goals.
- Monitor compliance with bank and bond covenants as well as ensuring timely fulfillment of renewal

requirements for financial instruments.
- Conduct due diligence and financial analyses for corporate initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and other

strategic transactions.
- Assist in evaluating financial implications of new business ventures or business structures.
- Contribute to corporate finance projects that support the organization’s business objectives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date investor communications, including regular updates to the corporate

website.
- Support the planning and execution of investor relations events to enhance stakeholder engagement.
- Assist in compiling the company’s annual report, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and clarity in disclosures.
- Prepare financial disclosures that meet regulatory and investor expectations.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and other tasks as assigned by management.

**Job Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s Degree or professional qualification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance, audit, or M&A.
- Proficiency in financial modelling, analysis, and reporting.
- Strong knowledge of treasury management principles and corporate finance practices.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Canva will be an added advantage.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Pay: RM7,800.00 - RM9,600.00 per month
