Pharmacy Clerk

To assist pharmacist in managing Patient Assistance Program (PAP), which includes enrollment, claims, supply, and inventory control.
- Responsible for submission of enrollment forms and related PAP documents in a timely manner.
- Follow-up with doctors or patients on required PAP documentation when required.
- Update files and maintains all records for PAP, owing and delivery as assigned; ensuring all are correct.
- Ensure claims for Do-Not-Charge (DNC) / FOC stock for medications under PAP that have been assigned are done in a timely manner.
- Liaison with other internal and external parties on assigned matters relating to PAP and escalate to Pharmacist-in-charge when required.
- Assist in monitoring patient’s owing medication and ensure that owed medication reach patients safely and in a timely manner.
- Assist pharmacy assistants with medication delivery arrangements.
- Provide general clerical support to the pharmacy department which includes liaison with all departments and relevant external vendors.
- Operate office machines such as photocopy machine, facsimile, scanners, etc.

Answer incoming calls within the department screen and transfer to the correct person, taking messages as and when necessary

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
