Qualifications:
- **Diploma**or **Degree** in **Business**, **Operation**or related field

Job Descriptions:
- Participate in structured rotations across various departments such as HR, Admin, Store, & E-Commerce to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business
- Attend training sessions and leadership programs to enhance technical and managerial skills
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects and contribute innovative ideas to improve business processes
- Learn to analyze data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Work closely with senior leaders and mentors who will provide guidance and feedback on your progress
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver results aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Regularly participate in performance reviews and feedback sessions to ensure continuous growth and development
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
