As Regional Marketing Manager, you will play the critical role as Company’s marketing and strategic focal for the Company’s consultancy services, products & solutions. You will implement marketing campaigns, both physical and online, in accordance with the region's demographics. In this role, your responsibilities will include forecasting sales needs and campaign budgets, and building and working with sales teams to ensure that the marketing fits the Company’s brand image. The Company has directions to expand our business to other regions such as Central Asia countries using Malaysia as our central HQ/Hub. 1. You will network with local and international businesses to increase sales, handle the regional budget, and strengthen the Company’s sales in the area. You should recognize the needs of consumers in different geographic areas and adjust the marketing campaign accordingly. 2. You will identify specific regional marketing goals and objectives and analyse local demand and strengthening the company’s brand position in assigned regional areas. 3. You will work with existing customers and hunt for new customers to continuously develop the Company's foothold in the industry. 4. You will communicate with local and international suppliers & distributors and build relationships with them to successfully develop, troubleshoot, conduct product ordering, negotiate terms, and ensure successful deliveries for both new and ongoing projects. 5. Besides our local business presence and performance, you will be tasked to grow our online business presence and sales by ensuring clear strategies and deliverables are in place and produce quarterly review reports for management team. 6. You will work and successfully manage third-party vendors that are located both locally and internationally. 7. You will work with management and operations team to ensure end-to-end successful project deliveries and play the critical role as Site Leader.
